Love

Love is a feeling, a passion, an understanding, an attraction, a game, a misery, a pain or call it whatever you want.

But it exists. It makes the base to every relation either it is parental relation, friendship, marital relation, patriotism or teenage-dating.

Yes, we all know that this word has lost it’s worth and meaning- real meaning -these days and even sometimes I wonder if my description for love is correct.

But who will explain it to me?

A chemist: “Love is a bond between positive and negative ions that produces strong force of attraction between the atoms which require high amount of energy to break in to ions again”.
A+ (female) + B-(male) ---> AB (love)
Me: “Isn’t this reaction is highly reversible these days?”
AB (love)---> A+ (female) + B-(male)

A physician: “Love is an attraction between south and north poles of a magnet”.
Me: “Really? I have seen south-south and north-north attraction too :O”!

A psychologist: “Love is something that changes your behavior, attitude and changes who you are”
Me: “It’s other way around now. Love doesn’t change people; people change love”.

A politician: “Love is when you are ready to die for your country!”
Me: “Huh! Ironic”

A Sportsman: “Love is a strategy, a game that you play to live upon your passions and win people’s heart”.
Me: “Maybe people have taken the word ‘game’ too literally..”

A Student: “Love is the attraction of a student towards books during exams.”
Me: “HAHA. They are talking about something that doesn’t even exist. I am a student myself.”

A teenager: “Love is dating a pretty girl :D”
Me: “What is she grows pimples? O_o”

Disappointed that nobody could explain this so-popular word to me, I went home. As I entered, my mother hugged me, pressed a tender kiss on my cheek and served me lunch. This is when I realized that I know. I know what love is..

Love is when you can keep caring for someone till your last breath without expecting anything back. Like a mother does. The unconditional affection that never ends..
